Terms of Service

These terms govern all relations between ABC Culture Center (“we”, “us”; currently preparing incorporation) and users regarding the media and related features we operate (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Copyright and other rights in the articles, images, audio, and design on the Service belong to us or the respective rights holders. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification beyond private use, without permission, is prohibited.

When quoting, cite the source and stay within the limits permitted by law.

In using the Service, you must not:

• violate laws or public order and morals
• infringe the rights or interests of other users, third parties, or us
• interfere with the operation of the Service, gain unauthorized access, or place excessive load on it
• engage in defamation, harassment, spam, or other conduct that harms the community

We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information on the Service. We may use AI to assist editing, but articles are reviewed by a person before publication. Even so, errors cannot be entirely ruled out.

For matters requiring professional judgment—investment, finance, medicine, law, and the like—the Service is not intended as advice. Make final decisions at your own responsibility and consult a professional where necessary.

Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

The Service may contain links to external sites, provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of linked sites.

Where we offer member features, the conditions for registration, plans, fees, payment (such as advance payment by bank transfer), and benefits are set out on the member pages. Note: member features are currently in preparation.

We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for damages arising to users from this.

We may amend these terms when we deem it necessary. Amended terms take effect when posted on the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
